Position Vacant - Product Lead
Company Profile
Slate Technologies is an AI construction intelligence platform used by owners, general contractors and developers across the UAE, India, Europe and North America. Construction generates enormous amounts of data across schedules, drawings, models, RFIs, submittals, site imagery, sensors and dozens of disconnected systems. Very little of it turns into timely, confident decisions. Slate changes that.
At Slate Technologies we are bringing fresh minds and tools to the world of Smart Buildings, Smart Infrastructure, Sustainability, Architecture, and Construction. With a credible team from world-renowned institutions, we are leading the way in transforming the way buildings and Infrastructure come to life.
Our platform is built on four capabilities: Plan, See, Act and Strategize. Together they connect project data, computer vision, predictive models and agentic AI into a single decision layer for the built environment. Everything we build follows one principle, Intelligence with Accountability: every recommendation should be grounded, explainable and traceable to the data behind it.
The Slate Engineering team works at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, computer vision, BIM and digital twins, knowledge graphs, and real-time data platforms.
Our mission at Slate is to help improve each construction professional impact on construction productivity by revealing the timely context that helps them make earlier and better decisions. Slate’s “Digital Assistant'' uses machine learning and AI to execute multi-dimensional analysis across internal and external data sources. This includes public data such as weather, labor, and traffic with the dark data locked in silos and non-integrated systems within their own and sub-contractor organizations. Want to join us on this incredible journey?
Slate India is a fully owned subsidiary of Slate Inc, aiming to be the Technology hub in the AEC space, from 3D digital twins, building design to logistics to collaboration tools. The team based out of Bangalore works on cutting edge technologies leveraging Generative AI, BIM, big data, analytics and sophisticated real time technologies to empower path breaking solutions in this space.
Location Of Posting - Bengaluru, India
Position Summary
As a Product Lead, you will work where Slate's AI meets real construction projects. You will spend a significant share of your time with customers, understanding how their teams work, designing solutions on the Slate platform, and implementing them alongside Slate engineers. You will also own the product roadmap and outcomes for your area, turning what you learn in the field into platform capabilities that benefit every customer.
This is a senior individual contributor role in technical product leadership. It suits someone who can lead a technical workshop with a customer's project team in the morning, build a working prototype with an AI coding assistant in the afternoon, and explain the cost and latency tradeoffs of a model choice to an executive the next day. You will report directly to the CTO.
